Prepare a Demand for Arbitration and send one copy to us and a copy to each party via Certified Mail Return Receipt or private courier with signature delivery. Please provide the tracking number of all packages. Include a copy of the arbitration clause in the contract or contact information of all parties if confirmation of arbitration is required. Once all packages are confirmed as delivered and the arbitration fee tendered to Arbitration Arizona, we will schedule a preliminary hearing date and location.
