Arbitration Arizona
Arbitration is an alternative to regular court proceedings where an impartial referee, called the Arbitrator, sits in the role of judge and jury. Arbitrators are selected by the parties and paid directly by the parties instead of a judge who is paid by the government.

Arbitration is a streamlined process that eliminates many of the motions involved in traditional court settings and gets to a resolution more quickly than traditional court. The parties come out ahead by saving time and money that would be spent on months or years of attorney’s fees and court costs that accompany traditional courts.

Arbitration Arizona is a team of ethical and skilled professionals who truly want to provide a form of justice that is more cost efficient and timely than traditional courts. We do not take on matters that are outside our skill set and we provide up-front cost estimates so there are no surprises. At Arbitration Arizona, we have a unique combination of experiences and lack of connection to any law firm, so no party has any advantage, real or perceived, due to employment or experience with any of the big firms. Likewise, we treat parties represented by small firms, solos, and pro se or pro per litigants on equal footing.
