We are offering a flat rate of $1275 plus costs such as conference room rent for arbitration hearings that are conducted in one 6-hour day. Hearings in Phoenix or travel to Flagstaff, Tucson or intermediate cities do not require any additional travel fees. Please contact us for a quote to other Arizona cities. Hearings that last longer than one day will be charged a rate of $1150 per day or partial day. Conference rooms and incidentals such as beverage service used during the hearing will be charged at cost. If the arbitration fee is paid and the parties choose not to go forward with the arbitration, $250 will be retained and the remainder of the deposit returned within 15 days after notifying us.
